First off, I rarely leave reviews but thought this company deserved it and I spent considerable time researching who to have perform the work on our water heaters. Our technician, Leroy, just finished installing two new water heaters for us and I was really impressed by his attention to the small details and overall professionalism. I never felt up sold through the whole process and their prices are fantastic. Price aside though I was impressed with the simplicity of their process from beginning to end. I called on a Saturday night at 7pm and got an answer and quote within 15 minutes. They continued to answer my questions via text and got me in quickly for service. Thanks for an excellent experience!

Super fast and very responsive! They did a careful and thorough job, hauled out my old beast of a water heater, didn’t pressure me to upgrade what we had already agreed on, and didn’t even leave a mess. Wow! Then they checked in with me the next day to make sure everything was still running properly. They definitely have a return customer here.

Incredible experience with this company. First off, they were great about providing an accurate quote and after I sent a few pics over text, they notified me in my quote that some straps were not up to code and included getting them up to code in my quote. Leroy came to my home with all supplies needed and came right on time! He was awesome, super courteous and professional. Moved equipment up and down my stairs with extreme caution to ensure no damage to my home. Replaced the water heater and my expansion tank and get both strapped in up to code. Price came out to what I expected and quoted (Aside from the water expansion tank that the tech advised was in fact dead and didn't have to be replaced if I didn't want to, but I decided to do it as the price seemed very fair). Additionally, the tech had some issues getting my pilot light lit after all the parts were replaced. He spent almost an hour on it and finally got it fixed (Still no additional charges for the extra time as they stood by their quoted price). In addition to, he requested a replacement pilot light setup be sent to my home so I'd have it just in case my pilot goes out and won't re-ignite. He advised I wouldn't likely need it, but at least I'd have it in my home and they can come install it without any worries about ordering parts or anything. The parts came in within two calendars days!!!!! Finally, he walked me through how to maintain my water heater in two simple steps and advised a quick bleed of the water every 6 months. Super easy to do and having him show me on the spot with my specific water heater was great! Overall, extremely satisfied with this company and their immense care of my home and peace of mind. Would absolutely use them again for any future water heater issues or questions.

I was really impressed with the service I received from Low Price Water Heaters. Leroy was quick to come check my water heater, wasn’t pushy, and discussed all the options with me. This company did a great job for us! We needed our water heater replaced quickly and they were the only ones who said they could come out the same day I called. All others couldn't make it out for about a week. Then, they ended up being able to come over earlier than what was originally quoted, which was great. The quote process was awesome. I just took some photos of the water heater, texted them over to their number, and they replied within minutes with a price quote. The technicians, Leroy and Paul, arrived at my house on time and explained everything they needed to do. A bit of extra work needed to be done and they were very honest about it and showed me what was wrong. The whole installation process was quick and easy. They were great guys to work with. I highly recommend Low Price Water Heaters and will definitely use them again if needed in the future!

This company is fantastic! We called were asked to send pictures of our water heater, and within minutes Leroy gave us a bid. Leroy is highly competent at his job. He made sure we understood what he was doing and why. He gave us information that will prolong the life of the water heater. He’s friendly, cleans up after the work is finished, and does a wonderful job. Their prices are very reasonable.
